What are you going to do?
As Foreman CNC at Bayards Aluminium Solutions, you are the driving force on the floor of our machining department . You will be responsible for the smooth running of the production process and lead a team of 10-15 employees. Coordinating daily activities and ensuring high quality standards and planning are part of your job.
Paying attention to efficiency, you oversee the process and promote effective cooperation with departments such as Work Preparation, Warehouse and other production departments. Working closely with colleagues, you ensure seamless production processes.
Taking the initiative for improvements and process optimisations suits you and by constantly striving for improvement you contribute to a more effective production process. Your clear communication motivates the team to strive for continuous improvement.

Our CNC department consists of several large 5-axis machines for machining sheets, profiles and blocks. Our products are often one-off or small series, which certainly makes the work varied.

What do we ask for?

• Completed MBO level 4 education in relevant direction;
• Number of years' work experience in similar position;
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and manage teams;
• Good knowledge of CNC operations;
• Knowledge of CNC tools and fixtures
• Knowledge of production processes, technical developments and quality standards;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
• You are an independent, customer-oriented team player;
• You have great problem-solving skills; You are strong in planning and organising.
