Project Leader Engineering

Are you an Engineer with leadership skills that you want to express? Do you want to work at an innovative organisation within the yacht building industry? Then respond quickly!

What will you do?
As Project Leader Engineering, you and your project team will ensure that customer requirements are translated into 3-D models in accordance with Bayards standards. From working out 3-D assets with drawing package and parts lists to coordinating progress with your colleagues, Manager Engineering and the client. From monitoring planning and progress to motivating your project team members. You are involved daily as our new face within Engineering. In doing so, you will have regular customer contact. You will help us grow further in the field of Engineering and have the capabilities to both draw yourself and have customer contact.

• S alary between €4,000 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on your relevant work experience

What do we ask?

• You have completed a technical HBO/WO education in the direction of shipbuilding and have several years of experience in a similar position within shipbuilding
• You have extensive experience with 3D software programmes. Siemens NX or Cadmatic is an advantage.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
• You are driven, quality-conscious, results-oriented, creative and show initiative.
• You strive for maximum quality, come up with inventive solutions and are good at planning and organising.
• You are committed, you are a collegial team player, and above all you keep calm and have an overview.
