We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of
Customer Service Representative.

Job description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and confirming all orders received into our ERP-system.
  • Understanding and processing required export documentation (e.g. proformas, invoices and other shipping documents).
  • Planning shipments, work with warehouse and manage shipping agents to resolve any logistics issues related to accounts and ensure all invoices and other documents are correct.
  • Serving as a liaison between customer and various internal departments related to orders, production, inventory, invoicing, and shipping.
  • Assist in resolving non-routine customer complaints in cooperation with relevant personnel.
  • Cooperating with Sales, Marketing, Technical Management, Pricing and Supply Chain to ensure seamless coordination in maximizing customer experience.
  • Striving for internal and external customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.


  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Service-minded, co-operative, and structured.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiar with the use of Incoterms 2020 and different payment terms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus.

The job location is currently Ridderkerk, the Netherlands. The office will relocate early May to Rotterdam (Waalhaven o.z.). The position reports to Customer Service Manager.
