From our fleet support centre in Ridderkerk you will predict when maintenance needs to take place for our customers. Why wait until something breaks down if you can prevent it from happening?

We offer you:

- Around 4500 gross salary

You like complex data puzzles. As a data specialist, you convert data into useful information so that we can advise our customers properly. We help our customers use their locomotives, trains, trams and metros as efficiently as possible. You will make sure that the data infrastructure for real-time monitoring, predictive models, pattern recognition and condition based maintenance are up and running. You start your day by contacting the customer. How is everything going? Are there any irregularities? You will be constantly analysing and critically reviewing all processes. You will be keeping an overview and will be monitoring data flows and applications. As a data coordinator you constantly recognise new data-driven opportunities to improve our services. As a data specialist at Alstom, these are your duties:

- actively understanding customer needs and exploring opportunities

- internal consultation with our system designers in France

- translating of practical problems into solutions

- defining standard rules to analyse vehicle diagnostic data

Who are you?

You have a lot of experience in interpreting and processing data and you can help our team achieve even better results. Your seniority as a data specialist allows you to coach junior people in our team and bring out the best in them. You have a completed Bachelor's degree. We are thinking of business IT, IT, data engineering. You are enthusiastic and you enjoy coaching a team.

- You are communicatively strong

- 3 - 5 years' experience in a data management position
